Description:

The following SAP branded FQDNs used for Sinch Email365 services will be decommissioned on the 31st of Oct ’23.

• multichannel-pp.sapmobileservices.com
• email-eu1.sapdigitalinterconnect.com

The email ID ‘unsubscribe@eu1mail.sapdigitalinterconnect.com’ to unsubscribe will be decommissioned on the 31st of Oct ’23.

Action required: Customers who use the above FQDNs for Sinch Email365 services are requested to use the new Sinch Branded FQDN that are provided below if they are not already using them.

• eu.email.sdi.sinch.com

• The unsubscribe email address must be updated to
'unsubscribe@eusmtp.email.sdi.sinch.com'.

For example:

• If you are on SAP Marketing Cloud, and were connecting as https://multichannel-pp.sapmobileservices.com/email/UserID/notifications, you must now connect as https://eu.email.sdi.sinch.com/v1/UserID/notifications.
• If you are on SAP Marketing Cloud, and were connecting as https://email-eu1.sapdigitalinterconnect.com/in365-api/UserID/notifications, you must now connect as https://eu.email.sdi.sinch.com/v1/UserID/notifications.
• If you use SAP Marketing On Premise solution, and were connecting as https://multichannel-pp.sapmobileservices.com/email/UserID/notifications, you must now connect as https://eu.email.sdi.sinch.com/email/UserID/notifications
• If you use SAP Marketing On Premise solution, and were connecting as https://email-eu1.sapdigitalinterconnect.com/in365-api/UserID/notifications, you must now connect as https://eu.email.sdi.sinch.com/email/UserID/notifications.

Impact:
• Client applications connecting to the services listed above using the SAP branded FQDNs will fail after the 31st of Oct ’23. To resolve the issue, client applications must use the Sinch branded FQDN.
• Client applications connecting to the services listed above using the new Sinch branded FQDNs via TLS secured ports will fail if the new TLS certificate is not added to their certificate store or if they do not auto-accept new certificates.
