Dear Client,

We would like to inform you of a change in functionality with our connection towards Videotron Canada. This change is effective immediately.
Presently, the Videotron SMSC is experiencing an issue properly delivering concatenated MT traffic. Due to this issue, Sinch is now sending concatenated MT messages towards Videotron as individual message parts with pagination suffixes as a reference for the end-user to understand the order of the SMS received on the handset.
Single part SMS are unaffected by this change.
