Impact: Degradation in Callback and DR services in the Datacenter with scheduled maintenance.
Detail: We will be performing a scheduled upgrade of our Callback and DR servers at our Ascenty Data Center. This operation will cause some service degradation during the maintenance window.
Some Callback and DR SMS service degradation may occur during the maintenance window.
To minimize the impact, All the traffic will be redirected to Equinix Data Center during the maintenance window to minimize the impact.
The maintenance will last for 6 hours
