Description:

The TLS certificate issued to the “api.sdi.sinch.com” domain and used by the following FQDNs will expire on the 03rd of Sep ‘24.

• nrs.api.sdi.sinch.com
• up.api.sdi.sinch.com
• us-up.api.sdi.sinch.com
• us8-nrs.api.sdi.sinch.com
• us8-up.api.sdi.sinch.com
• us9-nrs.api.sdi.sinch.com
• us9-up.api.sdi.sinch.com

We will be deploying the renewed certificate on the 27th of Aug ‘24 at 06:00 UTC. The renewed certificate is valid from 05th of Aug ‘24, to the 03rd of Sep ’25 and can be downloaded from this link.

Action required: Customers who use the services mentioned above are advised to add the renewed TLS certificate into their certificate stores.

Impact: Client applications connecting to the services listed above via TLS secured ports will fail if renewed TLS certificate is not added to their certificate store or they do not auto-accept new certificates.
