One of our 3rd party providers will perform maintenance within their network to implement a software maintenance which is required to improve the network reliability. This maintenance is to upgrade software on network devices to the latest firmware as recommended by our vendor.

Few of our banking Customer connecting via MPLS, and private lines may experience packet loss and high latency during this maintenance.

One of the banking services will be "Out of Service" for the duration of this maintenance since the redundant path isn't available.
