Sinch Conversation API – Network Infrastructure Upgrade

Sinch will be performing an infrastructure upgrade to the Conversation API on June 18, 2026.

Action Required:

Customers who use IP allowlisting for outbound connections to the Conversation API must update their firewall configuration before June 18, 2026.

Customers who do not use IP allowlisting are not affected.

As part of this infrastructure upgrade, the current regional IP lists will be replaced with a unified IP list used across the Conversation API EU, US, and BR regions.

If allowlists are not updated before June 18, 2026, connections to the Conversation API may be rejected, resulting in service disruption.

Replace existing IP addresses for Sinch Conversation API with this list :
