This is a reminder about the migration activity to the new FQDNs.
We are writing to inform you that as part of our continuous efforts to improve the performance and reliability of our ATLAS products, we are planning to replace the following FQDN/Port Combinations with a more reliable and resilient setup of FQDNs for clients using HTTPSMS protocol on ATLAS platform.

If you are using SMPP on the following FQDNs you are not impacted.

If you are using HTTP/HTTPS on the following FQDNs then please read through:

As of 15th of July, all clients will have access to the New FQDNs and will be able to replace the FQDNs Impacted with the New FQDNs.

We only allow HTTPS access on these new FQDNs. If you do require standard HTTP port access, please reach out to us via support@sinch.com.

If your application validates the SSL certificate, you can download the SSL certificate files for the respective New FQDN here and make sure that these are preloaded into your application's trust store.

The Impacted FQDNs will be decommissioned as of 15th of October 2020.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience experienced during this maintenance period. If for any reason the maintenance is extended or cancelled we will advise you accordingly.
