Dear Customer,

We will be performing Contact Pro version upgrade as follows.

Start time: 2025-1-12 (Sunday) 1 AM UTC
End time: 2025-1-13 (Monday) 7 AM UTC

Version upgrade will require max. 30 minutes downtime to to all channels and user interfaces.
This will take place at some point during the maintenace window.

In addition, we will be upgrading SAP Business Objects to latest version starting Sunday 6 AM UTC.
Business Objects upgrade has no effect on other Contact Pro services.
During this upgrade Business Objects reporting will be unavailable for several hours.

Note: Post upgrade, clearing of the browser's cache is recommended if any issues are faced.
