Important:
Sinch will be updating the MT DLRs returned to our customers on SDI Sinch customer APIs to bring them in line with the error codes returned on native Sinch APIs. If you actively use DLRs you will need to make a change to the way you read DLRs from Sinch.

IMPACT:

HTTP MT: No Expected Impact
HTTP DR Notification: Impact on traffic received on DRs
HTTP MO traffic : Impact on traffic received on MO
SMPP MT/MO: No expected Impact
SMPP DR : No impact on traffic, only some changes to ErrorCodes

Description:
As a part of a maintenance work planned for October 26th 2022, all customers with HTTP accounts on Digital Interconnect (SDI) infrastructure must white list below IPS from SINCH. This needs to be done prior to October 26th 2022

eu2 193.201.153.2
us1 54.173.29.238
us2 52.8.59.118
us7 20.57.179.10, 20.64.177.172 , 20.57.134.31


If IPs are not whitelisted, you will still be able to send MTs but not receive any MT DRs and MOs on HTTP Accounts.
SMPP accounts are not affected.
