As of 2022-07-06 08:42 UTC MT delivery was affected. Traffic impact was mitigated 10:21 UTC.
We are continuing to work with the carrier to determine the root cause.

We are currently observing delivery issues towards Netherlands - T-Mobile

Impact: Clients may not get Delivery Reports for traffic sent to T-Mobile NL. At this point, MT delivery is not affected.
