Description:

Customers will need to authenticate using the updated certificates for sapdigitalinterconnect.com and sapmobileservices.com

Customers who use these services are advised to download and import the new TLS certificates into their certificate stores, as per the instructions below to prevent any traffic disruption.

1. The renewed TLS certificate for the “sapmobileservices.com” domain, can be downloaded from this link.( https://community.sinch.com/t5/SMS-365-enterprise-service/NEW-TLS-Certificate-For-Sinch-Digital-Interconnect-customers/ta-p/9218)
2. The renewed TLS certificate for the “sapdigitalinterconnect.com” domain, can be downloaded from this link. ( https://community.sinch.com/t5/SMS-365-enterprise-service/NEW-TLS-Certificate-For-Sinch-Digital-Interconnect-customers/ta-p/9219)
3. The downloaded TLS certificate must be added to your certificate store before the 11th of June 2022, 18:00 GMT.


Impact:

The SSL/TLS certificates for sapmobileservices.com and sapdigitalinterconnect.com will be expiring in July 2022 and need to be updated, to prevent a loss of connectivity.
