Dear Client,
We would like to inform you that Orange (BE) informed us that they will drop the Status Reports / Delivery Receipts on their platform during Christmas Eve to prevent issues on their platform.
Start time: 2021-12-24 17:00 UTC End time: 2021-12-25 02:00 UTC
Expected impact duration: 9 hours
During this time clients won't receive any Delivery Receipts / Status Report for SMS sent to Orange (BE) numbers. SMS will be processed and treated by Orange (BE) and will be delivered as usual. The Delivery receipts / Status Reports won't be reprocessed after as they are being dropped by Orange (BE).
