We will be performing a maintenance activity to upgrade the SFTP server in our FR1 data center accessed via the FQDN and IP given below.
• eu5.ftp.sdi.sinch.com (178.248.228.142)
Impact: SFTP services hosted out of our FR1 data center will be impacted during this period and customers are advised not to use them during this period.
Action required: After the upgrade, when the user logs in for the first time, the user will be prompted to verify the identity of the server to which they are connecting. Please contact your Account Manager for any assistance that you may need during this activity.
